It happenes to many, and it's sadly a mere fact of life. Probably most of us already encountered losing 'someone' and a few of us maybe that deforementioned "one" ...

Celer is the couple Will Long and Danielle Baquet-Long and is sadly no longer in existence after the death of Danielle on july 8th 2009, age 26. The information about the choice to release this work - the when, the how - is not available, but it does invite to find out more about the earlier output of Celer

This release is the first time I ever heard of them and their project and I must say I am very pleasently surprised. "All At Once Is What Eternity Is" is a combination of droney samples with classical, stringlike structures in combination with fieldrecordings. Music like this would fit very well on a label like Projekt.

The ghostly image on the CD of a staircase in an industrial area fits the music very well. Another proof for the 'full package" Taalem deliveres time after time.
