Klood - Negation

Taalem alm 29

There are two formats in the music which are kind of evil. First there is the 10" which you have to turn over before you know it or sat down in the couch and really started enjoying the sounds. Then there is the 3" CD which - if the music is good - leaves you hungry for more. Twenty minutes is just too short. Taalem releases only 3" CD-r and without a doubt, after hearing THIS one, you will be hungry as you've never been before.

Emmanuel Haubry is the man behind Klood and he knows exactly how to make drones. He has proven this already on three albums which have sadly only been released as CD-r. Because Klood is worth pressing onto real CD's. Though as long as there aren't any, I will keep on buying the CD-r's that carry his name.

Two tracks, one just over, one just under the ten minute mark. The atmosphere created is a relaxing one, though some of the sounds in the layers will give you a creepy feeling. There are no sudden eruptions in his music, no fast changes, it's all "just" beatiful.

And you don't talk about things which are beautiful, you listen to them ...
