Taalem
The third release from the French Taalem label (first batch of 2007) is made in Italy, with only the use of sounds which were recorded in Scotland.
Netherworld, Alessandra Tedeschi, whose music I've only known from the 'Cryosphere' sampler, made two tracks entitled 'Müul' and 'Absurd'. These tracks are presented here on 'Hallucinations'. Both are a little over 10 minutes, so the 3" is as good as maxed out timewise.
The sound is as it was on the 'Cryosphere' sampler quite reverberish and that makes it sound a little too easy at moments. On the other hand the ambient soundscapes do have a high quality and are very definite worth the release.
Perfect music to sit back and relax, drink a peaty whisky (or sambucco) and remenish that holiday.
